VALERIA SALAS MONTERO

Valeria S. Montero (valsamo) is a Costa Rican filmmaker, writer and visual artist graduated from the bachelors of Arts and Visual Communication at the National University of Costa Rica and the masters of Filmmaking at ELTE University in Budapest, Hungary.

Valeria explores realism, expressionism, and human kind narratives. For her, filmmaking has become a way of surviving and of understanding of her surroundings.
